Each group will be facilitated by Green College Leading Scholars, and graphic recorders will be on hand to create a visual record of the discussions. Appetizers and beverages will be served from 4:45 pm onwards and an early meal-service provided at 6:15 pm for those wishing to continue the conversations seamlessly over dinner. (The College’s regular dinner service that evening will begin half an hour later than usual, at 6:45 pm.)
Places are limited
Please register by Thursday, September 21 at gc.events@ubc.ca, giving first and second topic preferences. You will be able to change preferences and move between topic-tables on the evening.
If you are not a Resident Member of the College and wish to stay for dinner, please make a separate dinner reservation at kitchen@gcdining.ca by Thursday, September 21, stating names of persons in your party and whether you require a vegetarian option: $20 cash (or dinner ticket purchased from GC Office), $4 discount for students.
All registrations and reservations will be acknowledged. Participants are asked to arrive in the Great Hall as soon as possible after 4:45 pm so that we can start promptly.
