  • What responsibilities should Canadian companies and their affiliates have to ensure meaningful access to justice when they operate in other countries? Using the recent groundbreaking case of Garcia v Tahoe Resources Inc, the speakers will explore the meaning of access to justice in an international context, implications of corporate social responsibility policies, and discuss whether there is a “governance gap” for Canadian companies.
