A Conversational Happy Hour

An opportunity for “buffet-style” group discussion of pressing topics of current interest:

Authenticity and Truth in a Post-Truth Era
Climate Change and Existential Threats
Accessibility and Inclusion from a Global Perspective
The Uses and Abuses of Politeness

Each group will be facilitated by Green College Leading Scholars, and graphic recorders will be on hand to create a visual record of the discussions. Appetizers and beverages will be served from 4:45 pm onwards and an early meal-service provided at 6:15 pm for those wishing to continue the conversations seamlessly over dinner. (The College’s regular dinner service that evening will begin half an hour later than usual, at 6:45 pm.)
