The Diderot String Quartet
The Diderot String Quartet is named after the prominent eighteenth-century French philosopher and Boccherini enthusiast Denis Diderot, and came together in 2012 after having first met at Oberlin Conservatory and The Juilliard School. The four musicians, Adriane Post, Paul Dwyer, Kyle Miller and Johanne Novom, share a background in historical performance and a passion for the string quartet genre. In the 2017-18 season, Diderot is making its Canadian debut with Early Music Vancouver. This will be its first performance at UBC.
Co-organized with Early Music Vancouver.
