Audio-Visual Rentals

A range of audiovisual equipment and other materials is available for booking with your venue space.

Green College can provide you with these essential items, including:

  • data projectors
  • TV and DVD/VCR sets
  • microphones
  • flip charts
  • whiteboards
  • mixers/amps
  • speaker systems

A full PA system (with podium, microphone and mounted ceiling speakers) is available only in the Great Hall, while the Coach House is equipped with a movable podium with built-in microphone.

Computers/laptops are not provided or available to book from Green College (clients must bring their own or make other rental arrangements – see UBC Media Services or consult your unit's IT department). Adaptors are available for most laptop models. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be using a Mac or PC and which model. Some rooms feature a wired internet connection, while all have access to UBC's wireless network access.

Equipment is made available in the event venue a minimum of half an hour before your event starts. Please note that A/V technical support is provided at set up, but not throughout your booking (unless by special arrangement).
