Guest House Accommodation Request Form

For guest house reservation inquiries, please fill out the form below.

All reservations are subject to availability. We require a two-night minimum stay. Our visitor accommodations are primarily for UBC-related business and Green College Members, and as such each reservation requires a departmental or member contact. Inquiries may be made up to 180 days from the planned check-in date.

Please note that we have a two-night minimum stay. Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Accommodations at Green College require that guests be visiting on UBC-related business or by connection to a Green College Member. Please enter the contact information of the UBC department or Member you are visiting with for your stay. We will contact the person you provide below to verify your business on campus.

Our reservations team will contact you within two business days to confirm availability. We require a credit card or UBC Workday Worktags to secure the reservation. If you have any questions, please contact gc.hospitality@ubc.ca.
